i had a great time at doubletree! the pool is the best in the area, and i loved the breakfast service. it's conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to a shopping center packed with dining options. it felt safe to park my car and enjoy a stroll around, too.

Navigating the hotel felt like traversing a labyrinth. the layout lacks clear signage that helps identify directions. Parking options seemed insufficient, especially during peak times, which can get frustrating. The absence of in-room menus made it awkward to decide on dining options without venturing to the restaurant, where I was informed that room service is not available—a bit misleading. On top of that, the slow and unreliable Wi-Fi connection posed a challenge for anyone needing to stay connected. Lastly, there's a noticeable odor in the carpets, along with a few visible stains, which was off-putting during the stay.

However, navigating the hotel was challenging due to poor signage, and the elevator near our room was out of service, which added to the confusion. Despite these inconveniences, the cleanliness of the hotel stood out, as did the enjoyable fresh sushi at the bar area.

Stayed one night in a one-bedroom suite and really loved the space! The kitchenette was handy, even if we didn't cook. The breakfast was just okay—not warm and a little bland, but it saved us from going out. The hallways had this weird mildewy smell tho, which was kinda off-putting.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially the breakfast crew, and the central location made it easy to walk to nearby parks like freedom park and various restaurants like chipotle and chick-fil-a, perfect for a weekend of exploration. i really appreciated the spacious room which provided comfort after my city strolls, but a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets would enhance the overall stay.

The suite was really spacious with separate living areas, which I loved. It had a balcony for some fresh air, too. The room was clean overall but had a strange musty smell that was a bit off-putting. The shower had issues and took a while to fix, which was annoying. I enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette for snacks, but room service wasn't worth the price for the quality. Overall, comfy but could definitely use some updates.
